I went in looking for specific tie dye shirts for my nieces and nephews and Katie helped me look then offered to custom dye the perfect designs and sizes for the kiddos.  Even during the holiday season! THEN she shipped them to my family for me!  Her skills in making tie dye is unmatched, everything in the store is beautiful and skillfully made, and Katie is a joy.  I love popping into this store, for stuff for myself and especially for gift giving.
